All Business | Tucson Family Photographer

It turned out to be a hot day for this session and little Mr. J was not digging it too much. He was pretty serious about it actually. It took some work but we managed to get some smiles out of him anyway. If your going to do the serious thing though it’s a good idea to have such a great serious face.

Precious | Tucson Newborn Photographer

I love photographing newborns and children. They are so sweet, innocent, and perfect. They act without fear of judgment. They see the world as a place of opportunity. Opportunity to play, explore, laugh, learn. They forgive easily, love unconditionally, and give freely. There is so much we can learn from children if we watch them. What a gift they are. I love their little quirks. How different they all are. After each session I feel like I know them a little bit. I smile while I’m editing pictures of their different facial expressions and personality. So thanks for sharing them with me! Every time I photograph one of these little ones my goal is to send you home with memories of what they were like at that stage so you will always be able to revisit the joy they were. Time has a way of fading things, even the things that are currently constant. I’m so thankful for the invention of photography! What a blessing to be able to preserve those memories.

“G” Family | Tucson Family Photographer

This was an extra fun session for me because this family is not only friends of ours but our neighbor. Great neighbors at that too! They can never move, unless we do first that is. In which case I guess I allow them to move . . . if they move next door to us again.

Doesn’t she do an awesome serious face.

The responsible party.

This little man is hilarious. It’s going to be fun to see how all that personality develops.

The “T” Family | Tucson Photographer

The “T” family came back from over seas to visit family and we worked in a session. I’m so glad the rain decided to leave our little spot dry even through it was raining all around us! Little Mrs. “H” is a little ham. She was very aware of my camera and even mid play with her parents she would suddenly turn to look straight at the camera. I love meeting all these little personalities. I wonder what they will become, where they will go, and how their lives will be. While I’m editing and zoomed in on their little faces I often find myself amazed at the blessing life is. Children are a fantastic gift to the world. We can learn so much if we watch them.

This is a storyboard I designed from their session. A storyboard is printed and mounted on a 3/4 inch board with a hard black plastic edge. They come ready to hang are included in several of my collections. I will have more product shots available soon of some of the different products I offer. It’s so fun to see everything come together in the final product.

Magical | Family Photographer

My little 3 year old likes to say things are magical. That’s what I think of when I see this shot.

The “V” Fam | Tucson Family Photographer

It’s been fun watching this little man grow up. He looks more like a toddler now than a baby! It’s crazy how fast they change. True to boy form, he was having a good old time on all the grass. Love it!

The “S” Fam | Tucson Family Photographer

It is seriously fun to photograph these mini humans. I love how candid they are. No fake stuff when you’re only 5 months old! Enjoy your peek!

Isn’t it great how babies clamp onto your hair when you do things like this to them.

Love this both ways.

Gratitude | Tucson Family Photographer

Every time I look at these pictures I feel so thankful for families like this one! Mom deployed a couple days after we took these. When she comes back shortly thereafter Dad leaves. All I can say is THANK YOU! Thank you for your sacrifices for our country and freedoms! Meeting families like this refreshes my hope in the future. Thanks for allowing me to capture this precious time in your lives and for a fantastic session!

I LOVE this series!

Proof that indeed the desire to open ones mouth when wanting another to open their mouth is instinctive. I catch myself doing that when I’m feeding my baby rice cereal. At least I know I’m normal now. Ha!

Mr. Smiles | Tucson Child Photographer

Little Mr. J is so happy, not to mention ADORABLE! He was so good at sitting up at barely 6 months old! It seems like they’re usually a bit wobbly if sitting up at all yet, but he had it down. Thanks for sharing your cute little man with me. He’s so fun to photograph.

Enjoy Life | Tucson Child Photographer

I’ve loved watching this little man grow. He’s such a happy guy and so interested in everything around him. Ahhh, kids are the best! I loved hearing his parents talk about how after a bath you can do some cool things with his “hair” now. Only as a parent of bald children would you really understand this but I totally related. I’m often still surprised when I see pictures of my oldest as a 1-2 year old because I was sure he wasn’t quite that bald. Ha-ha! One thing is for sure, bald is beautiful! Thanks for a great evening guys!
